Data Protection Notice

This Data Protection Notice (the "Notice") explains how SBC Investment (SG) Pte. Ltd. ("SBCI"), and its employees, agents and representatives, collect, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA").

By interacting with SBCI, providing information to SBCI or applying for any product or service offered by SBCI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Notice and consent to SBCI collecting, using and disclosing your personal data as set out in it. SBCI may update this Notice at any time. If you continue to use SBCI's products and services, access this website or otherwise interact with SBCI, you will be deemed to have accepted the Notice as updated from time to time on this website.

2.What is personal data

In this Notice, "personal data" means data about you from which you can be identified, either from that data alone or together with other information SBCI has or is likely to have access to. Examples include your name, passport or other identification number, telephone number, mailing address, email address and other information you have provided to SBCI. Please ensure that all personal data you provide to SBCI is complete, accurate and up to date.

SBCI may collect, use and disclose your personal data for its business purposes, including to:

• verify your identity and meet "Know Your Customer" requirements
• process your applications for, and investments in, our products and services
• provide the products and services you have applied for
• contact you and send you reports, statements and notices about your account and holdings, or updates on changes to our products and services

• deal with any other matters relating to your account and holdings

• carry out any other purpose directly or indirectly related to the above

4.Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of your business relationship with SBCI, and for as long as necessary for legal or business purposes after that.

6.Contact, access, correction and withdrawal of consent

If you withdraw consent for any or all purposes, SBCI may be unable to begin or continue its relationship with you, and the withdrawal may result in the termination of any agreement you have with SBCI or a breach of your contractual obligations. SBCI's legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such an event.

7.Governing law and jurisdiction

This Notice is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of the Republic of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceeding, and to settle any dispute, arising out of or in connection with this Notice.
